How to get your data

  1. 1Go to Instagram → Settings → Account Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information
  2. 2Select your account and choose "Some of your information"
  3. 3Select only "Followers and Following"
  4. 4Choose JSON format, then request download
  5. 5Extract the zip and upload following.json and followers_1.json
